WhiteSpider Joins Cisco’s Select Group of Services Partners

WhiteSpider is pleased to announce that it has achieved the Cisco Partner Support Service (PSS) certification, enhancing its industry leading managed services portfolio. The certification is the latest in a number of accreditations that the Leeds-based business has recently achieved.


PSS is awarded based on validation of a partner’s technical skills, its ability to support a customer’s estate, and performance with existing customer engagements. It is granted to Cisco partners who can demonstrate industry leading capabilities in delivering support & managed services, and who complete a vigorous audit process.


Recognition of this achievement assures organisations that they are partnered with a company that can deliver a service proposition that is underpinned with a high degree of technical knowledge and expertise. PSS is a Cisco collaborative technical service offer that is designed to enhance the capabilities and expand the partner’s in-house delivered support and managed services offering to customers. The programme enables WhiteSpider to expand service portfolios to more efficiently support the most complex technology estates.
